Do you want to help us to make Le Guess Who? the best experience possible? Or do you want to gain working experience at a festival? Become a part of our team as a volunteer, where you’ll meet like-minded music lovers from all around the world.

This year we are looking for volunteers for the following tasks:
- Merchandise
- Flex-Team
- Serviceteam
- Information desk
- Ticketing
- Catering runner

Volunteers can apply for one, two, or three days. Each shift is approximately 5 hours. If you work three days, you'll receive a 4-Day Pass. That means you'll have one whole day to experience the festival as a visitor. If you want to work one of two days, you are free to visit the festival before or after your shift on that same day. Depending on your working hours, we'll make sure there is lunch or dinner for you.

Please note: If you want to work one or two days, apply for a day-ticket. If you want work three days, apply for a passe-partout.

We are pleased to inform you about our new initiative 'Grant an Entry'
For the upcoming edition of Le Guess Who?, the organization collaborates with the Dutch Council for Refugees, which becomes a social partner of the festival. The Dutch Council for Refugees commits itself to the protection of asylum seekers and refugees in The Netherlands by providing personal support and representing their interests at their admission, reception, and social participation. The organizations team up for a new Buddy initiative to offer the option for refugees to participate in the festival as a volunteer.

If you want to be involved in this new initiative, we will connect you to a refugee. You'll be each others buddy and you'll help your buddy with all questions and work together as a team.
